REFUND POLICY
If the food has been discarded, repackaged, or tampered with then we cannot verify its origin or issue and cannot issue any discount, refund or store credit.
If you receive your order that is different from your receipt of purchase, we sincerely apologize. Please call us or your third party delivery company as soon as possible.
You are eligible for a refund within 24 hours of receipt of your item (s) ordered and items MUST be returned immediately (within 2 days of receipt) for a full refund to be issued. You also have an option to submit a request for a replacement of the item, but all original items ordered and received must be returned before a replacement can be made. Shipping fees will be covered for USPS standard returned packages.
Please return in original package and shipping container. Items must not reflect that it has been used excessively ( as in returning empty or close to empty).
Proof of purchase ( receipt) and contact details must be provided to process any return/ refunds.
